Effective October 25, 2026. These terms describe how we work with clients on security projects in Colorado. Where a signed proposal states something different, the proposal governs.
Quotes and proposals
An estimate follows a site survey or a review of your plans and photographs. It is free, and it states the work included, the equipment specified, and what is excluded. A quote is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise, because equipment pricing moves.
Work begins once you accept the proposal in writing. Changes to scope are quoted before they are carried out, so a change is a decision rather than a surprise on the invoice.
Scheduling and access
Installation is scheduled with you and, where a building is tenanted, with the property manager. Commercial clients are scheduled on the next business day where the work allows; after-hours emergency call-out is available for active commercial, industrial and multi-family clients. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm; Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, and we are closed saturday and sunday.
Warranty
Manufacturer hardware warranty passes to you with the equipment. Our own workmanship guarantee covers installation, cabling and conduit for as long as the terms in your proposal state. The guarantee covers our work, not damage, alteration by others, power events or equipment at the end of its manufacturer warranty.
Monitoring is not our service
We do not provide alarm monitoring or a central station. Where a client needs monitoring, we can introduce them to a monitoring provider. That introduction is a courtesy: the agreement, the service and the response are between you and that provider.
Veterans and doctors discount
Verified veterans and doctors receive 10% off eligible security work. Eligibility is confirmed when you request a quote, and the discount applies to the labour and equipment lines the proposal marks as eligible, not to permit fees, third-party charges or an already discounted quotation.
The offer may be withdrawn, changed or declined at our discretion, including where it cannot be applied to a particular scope of work.
